To submit a paper,

1. Login to COCUS, or create an account if you don't have one.
2. Click on the submit tab.
3. Select NPSec 08 from the list of conferences with open submissions.
4. Click on "Submit a paper", and follow instructions.

To submit an abstract,

1. Follow the submission instructions above.
2. There is only one kind of submission - "Full paper". Select that and hit next.
3. Fill in the paper title, abstract and topic areas and hit next.
4. You will see the data you submitted in the step above. If it is correct, click submit.
5. You will see a confirmation message along with additional details on how to submit the full paper.
6. Abstracts must be submitted by June 6.
