1) Please format your camera ready manuscript STRICTLY according to the
IEEE requirements. Latex and Word style files are available at:
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/

Papers not adhering to the requirements will not be published. Camera
readys must be in PDF format and are limited to 6 pages in length.
(Pages should NOT be numbered.) Up to three additional pages can be purchased at
$150/page.

- Please use IEEE PDF eXpress at http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp to verify
the PDF compliance of your camera ready pdf with IEEE PDF requirements. Please use
"npsec08x" as the conference ID and follow the instructions on the site to login with
your login information with PDF eXpress. PDF eXpress can help an author (1) to make IEEE
Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or (2) to check PDFs that the author have made
him/herself for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). For NPSec08, we use
PDF eXpress for the second option, i.e., PDF Check function.

- Please email your camera ready pdf file to
kaustubh@netsec.colostate.edu as an attachment. Please name your file
<paper-number>.pdf (e.g., if your paper number is 142, your ftp
file name should be 142.pdf). In addition, (1) Please attach a
scanned pdf version of your signed IEEE Copyright form in the
e-mail. See below for IEEE Copyright information. (2) Please
attach the e-mail that you received from IEEE PDF eXpress
stating that your file passed the IEEE PDF Xplore compatibility
test.

- For manuscripts longer than 6 pages, the appropriate overlength page
charge must be paid through the conference registration page (the link
is given below). It is the registering author's responsibility to make
sure that the online payment is made; OVERLENGTH PAPERS WITHOUT THE
PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.

2) Please complete, sign, and return the IEEE copyright form available at:
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html

Manuscripts without a completed copyright form cannot be
published. Please attach your scanned signed copyright form as
a pdf attachment to the e-mail when sending your camera ready
paper to kaustubh@netsec.colostate.edu.

3) At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered at the 
FULL (i.e., not student) conference rate by 9/5/2008. 
Papers without an author registration by this date will be dropped
